Regina's Rants

Welcome to Regina’s Rants, where I write about whatever tickles my fancy, for I have to keep up my reputation of being irascible. The idea of Regina’s Rants started as new things usually do: I had the flooring of my home changed and in the process of removing items from one room to another, akin to physically and psychologically preparing myself to move to another country, I found a bunch of yellowed, mouldy pages of my writings from the 1990’s. Some of those old files were begging to be on a blog in 2023 and beyond. Regina’s Rants will include new writings also, on almost-current affairs, history, visual arts, travel, and literature through opinion pieces, memoirs, short stories and other forms. I invite you to be an active reader and challenge my perspectives, or find solace in our shared experience. And if you happen to like Regina’s Rants, do say so.
